I finally hit the wall again, but I made it a bit more this time before I did. The NHL is getting pretty active, perhaps stress plays a part. Today was not a ladder day but I made it one to view more of the new roof, hence the stress. A bit of depression along with anger. I usually don't get mad. If had this have been just a few years ago I could have replaced the roof instead of trying to find someone. Once again I find they left out something they said was there. I had to crawl down the front of the house but I did it. Nuff said, BP's going up.

Misty is sore from another biopsy. So far they have all proved inconclusive for cancer, thank God. Something is still wrong though. She is down for a time and in pain. Apparently she takes after her dad on following instructions, right kiddo. :)

Charlie is sick as a dog from his last chemo, but that should change about any day now. He is taking a vacation from the radiation.

I sat and rested today and done errands. Me and Denise both just chilled. I think Megan was just happy there wasn't anymore beans to break. :) My bleeding seems to have stopped finally, but I'm tired, maybe heat, stress, and bleeding, all in combination, who knows.

Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers, Anthony. Thanks for the updates, and I'm sorry the folks who did the roofing job let you down.

Thanks Courtney. Seldom does anything make me mad but this is one of those things that accomplished it. Denise and Megan had to put up with me. Instead of cutting up, I was silent. I went up today and checked it thoroughly, BP went right back up again. It looks like Ray Charles and the 3 Stooges put it on. Man I wish I could do like I use to, I'd have done it myself.

Ray Charles & the 3stooges? HAHA. You are killing me. You sense of humor wins in the end.
Still laughing...

But, I feel your pain. It is hard to be dependent on others when you've done for yourself you whole life. It's fine to Let Go And Let God, as they say, for things out of your control, but not when it is the very roof over your head. Best you can do is tell the people they didn't do a good job, that you'd be happy to show them what isn't acceptable so they can learn to be better at their trade. If they find that not to their liking, you can always post an online review of their work so other folks won't be taken in by them...especially the ones who don't know better and just shell out their hard-earned money with no idea they've been bamboozled.

I done a little research and found that supposedly you can send a registered letter which gives them a 14 day timeline, then tell what damage they have done. No response says you can fire them with no monies due. I got the letter type out, just need his address.

I had it inspected yesterday and the inspector freaked out. He showed me things I didn't even pick up on. He says it will all have to be taken off and reworked. The contractor is back from vacation tomorrow, so I'll ask his address. One today got mad and ask what was wrong with it. I told him I could tell him what was right quicker. He looked at me starring, I debated my head, and said absolutely nothing, unless you count the house standing.
